Terms of Service
Next Masonic LLC
Last updated: 29 September 2026
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.
These Terms of Service (we’ll just call them “Terms”) explain how you can use our website nextmasonic.com and how we work together when you buy from us. They form a simple agreement between you and Next Masonic LLC. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms as they stand on that day.
We’ve written them in plain language so they’re easy to read. Please also look at our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy they work together with these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Next Masonic LLC is a family-owned manufacturer and retailer of premium Masonic regalia and accessories. We make aprons, collars, sashes, gloves, caps, and other lodge items with care, often to order and with custom embroidery.
Our US mailing address is:
30 N Gould St, Ste R
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
United States
This is a registered mailbox for correspondence. It is not a showroom or collection point. We are manufacturers, exporters, and suppliers, and all our products are made in our own factory in Pakistan.
Important: We are not a Grand Lodge, a Masonic authority, or an official shop of any constitution. We supply regalia. If a colour, emblem, or design must match your Grand Lodge regulations, that check is yours before you wear the piece in lodge.
Questions? Email us at info@nextmasonic.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1-323-347-5090 We reply on working days.
2. Who May Order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you are ordering for a lodge or on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to place the order and to share any names, artwork, or lodge details with us.
We may decline or cancel an order if it looks fraudulent, if we cannot lawfully ship it, or if we cannot make the item to the specification you requested. We will always try to explain why if we can.
3. Our Catalogue and Prices
The photos, descriptions, and prices on our website are an invitation to order, not a final offer. A contract begins when we accept your order — usually when payment clears at checkout or when we confirm a custom quote in writing.
All prices are in US dollars unless a custom quote says otherwise. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will not force a sale at a clearly wrong price.
We sometimes offer discounts (for example, the Lodge member code Lodges10). Discount terms are shown at the time of the offer and may have limits.
4. Custom and Made-to-Order Work
Many of our pieces are made fresh to order. If you ask for lodge lettering, special colours, or a design based on a photo, the brief you send (and any proof we email back) is what we will produce.
Please send clear Grand Lodge drawings or a photo of an approved sample before we start. Once production has begun, that piece is made for you and cannot be sold to someone else. Custom work cannot be returned simply because you change your mind — please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
If the finished item does not match the written specification you approved, that is our responsibility and we will put it right.
5. Materials and Hand Work
Our aprons, collars, and embroidery are made by skilled hands using natural and woven materials. Dye lots, bullion thread, moiré, and fabric can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Hand embroidery will never be an exact pixel copy of a photograph. These small differences are a natural part of quality handmade work and are not defects.
A missing emblem, a hole, or the wrong degree mark against the specification you approved is a defect. Please tell us under the Return & Refund Policy and we will take care of it.
6. Payment
Checkout is in US dollars. Card payments are processed securely by trusted payment providers. We do not store your full card numbers.
An order does not enter production until payment has cleared. If a charge is later reversed after we have shipped (for example through a chargeback), you still owe the price of the goods unless the dispute is upheld because we failed to meet our side of the contract.
For larger lodge or bulk orders we can sometimes arrange alternative payment methods just email us and we’ll help.
7. Shipping, Customs and Title
We ship with tracked carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS, or the service that best suits the destination. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier routes, local holidays, and customs clearance can add days.
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier first scans the parcel, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise. Our Wyoming address is for mail only — it is not a place where you can collect goods.
Customs duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any tax at the border are never included in our product price or shipping charge. These amounts vary by country and by the value of the parcel. Next Masonic LLC does not pay them, does not reimburse them, and does not mark parcels as “gifts” to avoid them. You are the importer of record.
If customs contacts you for payment, that invoice is yours. If you refuse the parcel because of tax, you still own the goods and any return or destruction fee that follows.
8. Using Our Website
You may browse and shop on nextmasonic.com for your personal or lodge use. Please do not:
- Scrape or copy our catalogue to clone listings elsewhere
- Attempt to attack or disrupt the checkout or website
- Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights
- Misrepresent who you are or place orders with false information
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these rules are being broken, in order to protect the site and other customers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and design belongs to Next Masonic LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If you send us artwork, lodge logos, or designs for custom work, you confirm that you have the right to use them and that we may use them solely to fulfil your order.
10. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work in detail. In short: write to us within 15 days of delivery, keep the item unused and with its tags, and note that custom pieces made to your brief cannot normally be returned for a change of mind. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will put it right. Please read the full policy on our website it forms part of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We take care to supply good quality regalia and to handle orders carefully. To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including lost profits or lodge event costs) that arise from your use of the site or from any order.
- Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Some countries give consumers rights that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in such a country, those rights remain fully in place.
12. Your Responsibility
You agree to take responsibility for any loss we suffer because you used the site unlawfully, provided false information, or sent us artwork you did not have the right to use. This helps keep the service fair for everyone.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always show the current version. If you place an order after a change, the new Terms apply to that order. We encourage you to check this page occasionally.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
