Who we are

Next Masonic LLC is the seller. The US mailing address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. That is a mailbox, not a shop you can visit. Workshop production is in Pakistan. Card payments are taken by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
• Notes you type at checkout, including lodge names or a custom brief.
• Payment status from Stripe (not the full card number).
• Account details if you create a login.
• Technical data the site needs for the cart, checkout and security (IP address, browser, cookies).
• Emails and photos you send so we can match a pattern.

Why we use it

To make and ship your order, send tracking, answer questions, keep the checkout safe, and keep accounts as the law requires. We do not sell your details. We do not use your lodge order to market to other brethren in the same lodge.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed: Stripe for payment; the carrier (FedEx, DHL, USPS, UPS or similar) for the label; our host to run the site; workshop staff for the embroidery. They do not get your card number.

Cookies

The cart, checkout and login need cookies. You will see a short cookie notice on your first visit. You can decline non-essential cookies. The shop may then forget the cart.

Duty and tax

Import duty, VAT, GST and customs fees are set by the destination country. They change from place to place and are not part of our price. The customer pays them. We do not collect those amounts for customs and we do not refund them.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, often several years. You may ask us to close an account. We still keep the invoice if the law says we must.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or the deletion of an account with no open order. Email info@nextmasonic.com from the address on the order. We aim to reply within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as that word is used in California law.

Children

This shop sells adult lodge regalia. We do not knowingly open accounts for children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
