Questions before you buy

How do I measure for royal arch chapter cuff red velvet with triple?

Measure the wrist and the forearm where the top band will sit. Write the length from the wrist to the top edge you want Keep the figures with NM14463

How should I look after it?

Velvet bruises if it is folded on the same line every week. Shift the fold, or roll it in tissue. A crushed nap wants a soft brush and time, not a hot iron and not steam from a kettle

Can it be customized?

A Lodge name, a different shade or a photograph of an emblem can be requested for Royal Arch Chapter Cuff, Red Velvet with Triple Tau Emblem. That request is a custom brief, confirmed in writing before cloth is cut. Custom work follows the made-to-order return rules, not the rules for an untouched stock SKU

How does the colour look in a Lodge room?

Colour language that is actually printed is red. Metal thread, when the title names it, flashes more under warm light than in the product photograph. Match an older piece in the same room, not only on a phone

How long does making and dispatch take?

Embroidered and made-to-order pieces start after payment and after the note is locked. Stock accessories can leave sooner. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse

What should the order note say?

Write NM14463, the size figures, the office, and any emblem or lining you need. One note is safer than a chain of short messages. If a photograph is attached, say what in it should be copied

Will my Grand Lodge accept it?

This listing does not claim acceptance by any Grand Lodge. Compare Royal Arch Chapter Cuff, Red Velvet with Triple Tau Emblem with your own rule on colour, emblem and fringe, and ask your secretary if you are unsure

What if the size is wrong?

For an as-listed SKU that has not been worn or altered, the return and refund policy sets the request window. A size cut to a custom note is handled as custom work. Photograph the piece and write before you post it back
